If it fails report back the exactly error or other failure behavior. If it's not working then enter UEFI Setup to check settings for UEFI (enabled), CSM or Legacy BIOS (disabled), Secure Boot and Fast Boot (disable if necessary until after install), and Boot Priority Order has only the WIndows Boot Manager listed first. Then boot the media by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot menu key shown here.
